In a scissors member 1a which is a comb-tooth like receiving blade, comb blades 2a having a blade width 5 mm or more and partly missing blade parts 3a without a comb blade having a width of 5 mm or more are alternately arranged to clearly discriminate between the part to be cut by the comb blade 2a and the part not to be cut by the partly missing part 3a, whereby a tight bunch of hair can be created by the remaining hair not cut by the part 3a, a bunch of hair can be created with an accurate width regardless of the skill, and also a number of bunchs of hair can be created at the same time by one time cutting.
