Abstract:
To provide a treatment device and a treatment method of combustible waste which effectively remove chromium from combustible waste such as shredder dust and effectively utilize the chromium.SOLUTION: A treatment device 1 of combustible waste includes first magnetic force separators 3 to 5 which separate combustible waste into magnetically attracted materials and magnetically unattracted material, a heating device 9 which heats the magnetically attracted materials C, D discharged from the first magnetic force separators, a crusher 10 which crushes heated material discharged from the heating device and a second magnetic force separator 11 which separates crushed material discharged from the crusher into magnetically attracted material E and magnetically unattracted material E. A pneumatic separator for separating the crushed material discharged from the crusher into heavy products and light products may be provided in place of the second magnetic force separator. The first magnetic force separators are suspension type magnetic force separators 3, 4 and drum type or pulley type magnetic force separators 5, 6 for separating magnetically unattracted materials A, B which are separated by the suspension type magnetic force separators on a succeeding step of the suspension type magnetic force separators into magnetically attracted materials C, D and magnetically unattracted materials C, D and the heating device can heat the magnetically attracted materials discharged from the magnetic force separators 5, 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
