Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily clean every air hole without labor.
SOLUTION: An air box 30 connected to a high pressure air feed pipe 29 is assembled on an upper part of a cover casing 8 in which a cylindrical grate furnace body 1 is placed horizontally and stored in the longitudinal direction of the grate furnace body 1. An air blowing nozzle 31 is mounted on a forward part 30a of the air box 30 at the position of arrangement of air holes 6 in the longitudinal direction. When the air hole 6 is moved upward, the high pressure air 32 is blown from the air blowing nozzle 31 to clean the air hole 6.
