PURPOSE: To improve the control accuracy by an arrangement wherein a first data indicating the relationship between the flow rate of fuel and the opening degree of a motor-driven valve for regulating the flow rate of fuel is automatically renewed according to a correction factor indicating an error in the controlled variable.
CONSTITUTION: This combustion control apparatus is arranged to automatically set the opening degree of a fuel valve 4 and that of an air damper 5 in accordance with a first signal indicating the relationship between the flow rate of fuel and the opening degree of a motor driven valve 4 for regulating the flow rate of fuel obtained by the preliminary operation of a stove, a second data indicating the relationship between the flow rate of air and the opening degree of an air damper 5 for regulating the flow rate of air, and a third data indicating the relationship between the flow rate of fuel and the excess air ratio. The first data is updated in accordance with a correction factor indicating an error in controlled variable detected during the control cycle. Thus, a control system which provides a high control accuracy and an excellent operability is obtained.
