Title:
COMBUSTION CONTROL METHOD FOR WASTE INCINERATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2755539
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To allow unburnt gas to effect complete combustion by heating exhaust steam discharged from a steam turbine to an appropriate temperature and supplying the heated steam to a waste incinerator as a drying gas and a secondary combustion controlling gas.
CONSTITUTION: Exhaust steam discharged from a turbine 10 is heated by exhaust gas 3 flowing through a flue of an incinerator 2 and steam extracted from the steam turbine 10, and then is made to return to a waste heat boiler 4. Part of the exhaust steam is introduced into a heater 12 separately provided as a heating means, heated to an appropriate temperature and then supplied to the incinerator 2 as a drying gas and a secondary combustion controlling gas. Town gas and superheated steam can be used as a heat source for the heater 12. Waste matter cut and fed to a drying zone 2a of the incinerator 2 is dried by the drying gas and part of the fed matter is gasified and converted into combustible gas. Air and unburnt gas are stirred by the secondary combustion controlling gas supplied to a secondary combustion zone 2e to thereby allow the unburnt gas to effect complete combustion.
