Abstract:
PURPOSE:To secure stable combustion operation in consideration of the economical efficiency by controlling the flow rate ratio between main fuel and auxiliary fuel by a fuel proportion controller which performs PID operation so that the deviation between the measured value and the set value of the furnace temperature is 0. CONSTITUTION:The value calculated and outputted from a fuel flow rate ratio controller 17 is used as a proportion value of two kinds of fuel flow rates. The difference between the signal from a temperature converter 1 and a set temperature signal, TSV is calculated by a subtractor 15, and the ratio-controller 17 takes this deviation as the input value and controls the ratio so that the deviation is 0. A total fuel flow rate signal and a proportion signal of first and second fuel flow rates are multiplied in first and second multipliers 9 and 10 based on a signal corresponding to an output value (proportion) R' of the fuel flow rate ratio controller 17, and respective quantities of fuels are determined and are inputted as set values of first and second fuel flow rate controllers 7 and 8. Degrees of opening of first and second fuel control valves 13 and 14 are controlled by these set values and flow rate signals from first and second flow rate converters 2 and 3.
