PURPOSE: To provide a combustion controller which can prevent a burning vibration occurring in a burner.
CONSTITUTION: A flow rate sensor detects a flow rate of the combustion air flowing in a duct 1, and supplies its output to a control circuit 10. When a burning vibration occurs in the duct 1, a pressure distribution is varied, and a flow rate of the air is varied. Then, the circuit 10 regulates, when a change of the flow rate detected by the sensor is small, i.e., when the vibration is small, an opening of a damper 3 or the number of revolutions of a fan motor in response to the flow rate change to suppress the vibration. Further, when the vibration increases, the circuit 10 drives a regulating valve 11, in addition to the control, to regulate the flow rate of the gas and to further suppress the vibration.
