Abstract:
The invention relates to a combustion system for a cooking appliance, said system comprising an air supply consisting of a fan (2), a fuel supply that opens via at least one nozzle (4) into the air supply and is provided with at least one valve (5), an ignition device for igniting an air/fuel mixture downstream of the nozzle (4) and a control and/or regulating device (8) for adjusting the air/fuel mixture in the vicinity of the ignition device, using the speed of the fan (2). The control and/or regulating device (8) receives at least a first cooking signal, which represents a cooking process state, a cooking appliance state and/or a cooked product state and/or issues at least one second cooking signal, which adjusts a cooking process state, a cooking appliance state and/or a cooked product state. The invention also relates to a cooking appliance comprising a cooking chamber, an outflow from said chamber, an extractor from the chamber, a control and/or regulating device for the cooking outflow and an inventive combustion system.
