PURPOSE: To reduce NOX by a method wherein an inclination angle of each of inclination wings installed in an annular flow passage of a premixing device can be freely changed, mixing of fuel and air is activated and combustion reaction is promoted.
CONSTITUTION: Inclination wings 6 and 7 for applying a circulating component to mixture gas of fuels 21, 22 and air 50 are arranged in annular flow passages 11 and 12 of a premixing device. The inclination wing arranged at least in one annular passage, an inclination wing 7 in the annular flow passage 12, for example, is formed into a rotatable inclination wing of which inclination angle can be freely changed. Due to this arrangement, it is possible to set a reversible direction of a circulating direction of each of fuels 21, 22 and air 50 flowing in the adjoining annular flow passages 11 and 12, thereby mixing of fuels 21 and unburnt is reduced. With such an arrangement as above, it is possible to activate mixing of fuels 21, 22 and the air 50 and to promote a combustion reaction, the amount of fuel remaining unburnt is reduced bycomplete combustion, resulting in NOX reduction.
