To provide a combustion device capable of diffusing and mixing sufficiently fuel even in a low combustion amount by simple structure, so as to attain complete combustion.
This combustion device includes a flame plate 17 provided with the second combustion gas injection hole 17b to surround the first combustion gas injection hole 17a, the second combustion gas chamber 20 communicated with the second combustion gas injection hole 17b in an upstream of the flame plate 17, and a direction change means 25 for direction-changing a direction of injecting the second combustion gas to the center of the flame plate 17 in a downstream of the flame plate 17. The fuel is surely diffused and mixed even in the low combustion amount, to attain the complete combustion, since the injection direction of the second combustion gas is crossed with a direction of injecting the first combustion gas. The second combustion gas chamber 20 is prevented from being deformed or damaged by heat of a flame.
