Title:
COMBUSTION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02259310
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To restrict any thermal evil effect to a surrounding region by a method wherein a red heat plate in a petroleum hot air heating device combustion system is constituted by a central flat surface and an inclined edge part, some large holes are formed at a central part of the central plane and some small holes are formed at a circumferential edge and then the central plane part is arranged to become a central portion of a combustion chamber.

CONSTITUTION: A red heat plate 40 is constituted by a central plane 41 and both inclined edges 42. Several holes 43 are made at the central plane 41. The holes 43 have central holes 43a which are larger than circumferential holes 43b. The central plane 41 is arranged within a combustion chamber 20 in such a way as it may near the central part of the combustion 20. With such a configuration as above, a flame is guided toward a central part by the inclined edges 42. Then, since the central holes 43a have a larger diameter, much flames pass through the central part. Accordingly, the flames may not be contacted with the side wall of the combustion chamber 20, resulting in that an increased temperature at the side wall can be restricted and then a thermal evil influence around the circumference can be prevented.
