In the combustion facility structure, the burner nozzle 6 is fitted in a nozzle hole 3 perforated in a furnace wall 1 and opens in a furnace 2, an oxygen supply line 4 is penetrated through the furnace wall 1 and opens in the furnace 2, and the fuel gas blown out from the burner nozzle 6 and the oxygen containing gas for combustion supplied from the oxygen supply line 4 are mixed and combusted in the furnace 2. The furnace wall 1 is formed of ceramics tiles. The burner nozzle 6 is formed of ceramics and is fitted in the nozzle hole 3 with the whole periphery of the burner nozzle 6 in the longitudinal direction and the distal end surface on the inner side of the furnace being integrally covered with a protective cover 9 made of refractory metal.
