Abstract:
To solve a problem that a forced exhausting means is burdened.
Since a duct 5 connected with an incinerator 1 is connected to the upper part of a rapid spray cooling unit 6 disposed at the upper inlet 18 of a water tank 17 having an outlet 19 arranged with a forced exhausting means and the level of primary cooling water in the water tank 17 is set lower than the ceiling, only smoke generated in the incinerator 1 can be sucked by means of the forced exhausting means by sucking it through the space between the water level and ceiling of the water tank 17 and discharging it to the outside.
