Abstract:
To provide a biogas combustion system which is capable of obtaining stable output and saves energy.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a combustion system comprising a separation unit 14 which obtains a high-purity methane gas in which the content of at least carbon dioxide is reduced, by removing the carbon dioxide from a processed gas containing methane as a main component and containing a mixed gas which contains carbon dioxide, as a component; and a combustion unit 15 which combusts the methane gas obtained by the separation unit 14. The separation unit 14 includes a first processing chamber 11 and a second processing chamber 12 which are separated by a separation film 13. The separation film 13 selectively permeates the carbon dioxide in the processed gas which is supplied to the first processing chamber 11, to the second processing chamber 12, thereby obtaining a first separation gas, in the first processing chamber 11, whose methane purity is higher than that of the processed gas and a second separation gas, in the second processing chamber 12, containing the carbon dioxide in the processed gas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
