Title:
COMBUSTION VIBRATION MONITORING DEVICE FOR FIRE FURNACE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3532227
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a combustion vibration monitoring device for a fire furnace, which is capable of judging combustion vibration more correctly without necessitating any labor and time.
CONSTITUTION: The pressure in a fire furnace 1 is measured by a pressure sensor 11 and the luminance of a flame 117 is measured by an optical sensor 33 through an interference filter 22 while these measured values are converted into digital values through an A/D converter 13 to obtain cross-correlation function in the time domains of respective digital values by a cross-correlation operator 18. An FET (high-speed Fourier conversion) device 15 obtains a cross- power spectrum through the cross-correlation function while a vibration evaluating device 16 operates the ratio of the amplitude (vibration energy) to the total vibration energy at the resonance frequency of the fire furnace 1 to forecast the generation of compustion vibration employing the operated ratio as the vibration evaluating index.
