Title:
COMBUSTION VIBRATION MONITORING DEVICE FOR FURNACE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3529161
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To quickly grasp the minute signs of combustion vibration and enable the consideration of countermeasures to be taken before the vibration is amplified by a method wherein the generation of combustion vibration is estimated based on a ratio of the vibration energy of a resonance frequency of the furnace in the frequency of cross power spectrum of flame to a total vibration energy.
CONSTITUTION: The photoelectric conversion of flame in a furnace is effected by a photo sensor and the electric signal is amplified while a voltage signal of the same is converted into a relative optical strength data by an analogue divider 17 and is converted into a digital data through an A/D converter 18. These data are converted into cross-correlation function by a cross-correlation function operator 40 in time area, then, is converted into a cross-power spectrum in a frequency area by a FFT analyzer 5 and, further, an amplitude I1C in a resonance frequency F1 in this area is obtained by a vibration evaluating device 6 through peak search to operate the ratio I1C/I0C of the amplitude I1C to a total vibration energy I0C. The generation of combustion vibration is estimated based on said ratio.
