A reader registers a reader ID in a reader ID registration means as a member. When the reader accesses this processor 1 from a terminal 2 through a network 3, a reader judgment means 19 judges whether the reader concerned is a reader registered in the reader ID registration means 12 or not. When the reader is judged to be the registered reader, the reader forecasts a champion or tournament winner from a plurality of comics by voting through the terminal. The number of votes obtained in the champion or tournament winner forecast is counted by a votes counting means 16. After the end of a voting period, a rank of votes is given to every comic by a ranking means 19 based on the count values by the means 16, and a point is given to the reader who voted in the corresponding comic by a point imparting means 19 according to the given rank.
