Abstract:
To provide a coming-off prevention device for an assembly material in a wedge-tied scaffold that can prevent a lock member from falling off from a wedge.SOLUTION: The coming-off prevention device for the assembly material in a wedge-tied scaffold includes: an assembly material 3 having an assembly material main body 31 and a wedge 4 provided at a front end portion of the assembly material main body 31; and a lock member 5 for preventing the wedge 4 from coming off in a tightly-bound state in which the wedge 4 is fastened to a pocket metal fitting 2 provided on a support column 1. The lock member 5 has a coming-off prevention piece 51 slidably arranged in a vertical direction, and a leaf spring 6 attached to a rear surface of the coming-off prevention piece 51 in a state of being inserted and arranged in the wedge 4. In the tightly bound state, the coming-off prevention piece 51 is pushed downward and a lower end thereof is press-fitted between the wedge 4 and the pocket metal fitting 2 to prevent the wedge 4 from coming off from the pocket metal fitting 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
