At the counter 200, a list of purchase candidate commodities is displayed by a decision making control part 202, and the customer selects the commodity to be actually purchased. A settlement control part 203 processes settlement of the selected commodity. A commodity managing part 204 carries out commodity management for handing over the purchased commodity to the customer.
