Abstract:
PURPOSE:To perform the sale control and the stock control of an automatic vending machine automatically and with high reliability by changing a part of the key function of an electronic cash register being program-controlled. CONSTITUTION:The commodity selecting key B of the automatic vending machine is connected to the electronic cash register A. When the unit price and the total stock of the commodities of the automatic vending machine are inputted from a key board a2 in a setting mode, they are set in memories C, E and when the commodity selecting key B of the automatic vending machine is inputted in a registering mode, sale registration from the key board a2 is suspended, and in addition, the sale of the commodity corresponding to the inputted commodity selecting key is totaled in a sale accumulation memory D, and simultaneously, the total stock of a stock memory E is subtracted. Further, by inputting a report issue instruction from the key board a2 in an account settling mode, the contents of the sale accumulation memory D and the stock memory E are issued after being printed on a receipt. Thus, the sale control and the stock control of the automatic vending machine can be performed by using a traditional business mode.
