本開示は、制御シグナリングのための通信装置、および通信方法を提供する。通信装置は、動作時に、複数のユーザフィールドと、複数のリソースユニットを含むデータフィールドとを含む送信信号を生成する回路と、動作時に、生成された送信信号を送信する送信部と、を備え、１つの送信方式が複数のリソースユニットのうち他の通信装置に割り当てられた１つ以上のリソースユニットに適用され、複数のユーザフィールドのうちの１つ以上のユーザフィールドが他の通信装置に宛てられ、他の通信装置に宛てられた１つ以上のユーザフィールドの数は、他の通信装置に割り当てられた１つ以上のリソースユニットの数に等しく、他の通信装置に宛てられた１つ以上のユーザフィールドはそれぞれ、他の通信装置に割り当てられた１つ以上のリソースユニットに対応する。
