To provide a communication channel management system that can automatically identify whether a destination number is a business call or a private call registered in means able to register telephone number data such as a server by each line speech used in an enterprise, record data such as the destination number, date and time and a line use time according to the result of identification and properly and functionally tabulate recorded data.
The communication channel management system consists of a business number registration means (2) that stores and registers caller numbers discriminated to be business calls on the basis of a predetermined prescribed criterion, private number registration means (3) that stores and registers caller numbers discriminated to be private calls on the basis of the predetermined prescribed criterion, number identification means (1) that identifies whether a caller number actually in use is a number registered to be a business call, or a caller number registered to be a private call or an unclear number not corresponding to them, a line use recording means (4) that records data with respect to a use of line by an actual call, and a data tabulating means (5) that has a function of tabulating data with respect to the use of line and outputting the result of tabulation by optional items.
