Abstract:
To provide a communication control method for controlling early data transmission of transmitting uplink user data during a random access procedure.SOLUTION: A communication control method for controlling early data transmission of transmitting uplink user data during a random access procedure in a mobile communication system comprises: transmitting, by a base station eNB, to user equipment a first timer value for a random access procedure without early data transmission and a second timer value for a random access procedure with early data transmission; selecting the second timer value in response to a determination to perform the early data transmission by the user equipment UE; and starting a timer in which the second timer value is set when the user equipment transmits the uplink data by the early data transmission.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18
