To enable efficient wireless communication in a wireless communication system capable of configuring multi-links.SOLUTION: A communication device that establishes a plurality of links with another device and performs wireless communication conforming to the IEEE802.11 standard series, updates an encryption key that is set individually for each of the plurality of links by executing a predetermined process including sending a predetermined message to the other device.
