Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device that can inhibit a test notification output from causing a trouble to a third party around the device, an emergency information notification system, and a program.SOLUTION: A portable terminal device 50 comprises: a control part 51; a communication part 56 that performs communication with an external device via a communication network; a display part 52 and a voice output part 54a that output information based on an earthquake early warning; and an input part 53 that receives an input from a user. The control part 51 has a function to execute a test notification output of the earthquake early warning according to the input from the user, and receives the earthquake early warning via the communication part 56 and then executes the test notification output while adding predetermined restriction for avoiding confusion of a third party due to the notification output for a certain period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
