Abstract:
To provide a communication device, program, and communication method making it possible to accurately inform a vehicle driver of an abnormality without a delay.SOLUTION: A communication device (1) includes a receiving unit (2) that receives vehicle operation information representing a condition of a vehicle or driver from a detector (70) incorporated in a vehicle (20), an abnormality determination unit (3) that determines based on the vehicle operation information whether the condition of the vehicle or driver is abnormal, and a transmission control unit (4) that transmits the vehicle operation information to an onboard apparatus which outputs the vehicle operation information to an operation support system (10), which is installed outside the vehicle, at predetermined intervals, and that, when it is determined that the condition of the vehicle or driver is abnormal, shortens the predetermined interval.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
