PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance of communication or measurement.SOLUTION: A signal processing unit performs either communication with a target device to be communicated with, using a first signal medium, or measurement using the first signal medium. A communication unit performs communication with at least one other communication device using a second signal medium. A control unit controls the use of the first signal medium through at least one of the signal processing unit and the other communication device, by performing communication with the other communication device through the communication unit, using the second signal medium.
