A frame division unit 36 distinguishes and extracts the first and second types of signals from the communication frame on the basis of mapping information in a storage unit selected by the selection unit 33 when change information is included in a communication frame received after the change timing, and on the basis of mapping information in a storage unit having been selected before the selection unit 33 has switched a selection destination when the change information is not included.
