A voice recognizing device 31 recognizes a prescribed voice from a microphone 21 and converts it into a voice that corresponds to the prescribed vioce in a RAM 25 according to a control program that is stored in a ROM 26 by a CPU 20. The CPU 20 controls each part to execute a prescribed operation that corresponds to the voice data, also operates a printer part 22 to print on recording paper or to display on an LCD 8. Or it selects to show it on a PC display 30 of an external PC 29 through an interface 29. The selection of output forms is preliminarily set or is executed by inputting a prescribed key.
