Abstract:
To reduce the amount of power consumed when information is transmitted from a plurality of devices to a common device.SOLUTION: A communication device includes a communication unit that has a first function that communicates with a first device and a second function that communicates individually with one or more second devices with less power consumption than the communication by the first function, and a control unit that searches one or more second devices for a proxy device that has a role of acting for communication with the first device when there is individual information to be sent to the first device, sends individual information to a proxy device by the second function of the communication unit when there is a proxy device, and sends individual information to the first device by the first function of the communication unit when there in no proxy device in a case in which a certain condition is met.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
