To perform correct and highly accurate encoded communication by transmitting information included in signals along a prescribed route by receiving and transmitting the signals by respective plural modules.
The information is transmitted by the plural modules installed with intervals on the center line of one lane of a road. A reception part 13 provided in the module 11 is a receiver for receiving input signals 12 corresponding to a prescribed radio system. A transmission part 14 is a transmitter for transmitting output signals 15 corresponding to the prescribed radio system based on the input signals 12 received by the reception part 13. By receiving the input signals 12 and transmitting the output signals 15 respectively corresponding to the prescribed radio system by the reception part 13 and the transmission part 14 provided in the respective plural modules 11 installed to the road, the information included in the signals is transmitted along the road. Also, the plural modules 11 can be installed along one of the ends of one lane.
