PURPOSE: To reduce manufacture cost and to improve operation efficiency of parts management or the like by changing the possibility reference of automatic redialing corresponding to a destination even after the communication equipment is installed at each destination.
CONSTITUTION: The communication equipment connected to an integrated service digital network and provided with an automatic redialing function is equipped with an identification information storage part 16 including plural identification information tables to be decision references for whether automatic call origination is enabled or not. At the time of call origination, when the identification code of the identification information table selected corresponding to a reason code coming from the network is matched by a deciding means, an MPU 11 reads the dial from a dial storage part RAM 13 and automatically originates a call through line control 14 again. In this case, the identification information contained in any arbitrary identification information table of the identification information storage part 16 can be changed or deleted by an information setting means. Thus, the reference of automatic redialing possibility can be easily changed corresponding to each destination, manufacture cost can be reduced, and workability can be improved.
