Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make operability of a user interface better or omit complicated operation itself by connecting to a computer device through a local network, obtaining from the connected computer device prescribed information provided for an application program running on own device, and processing a part of the obtained information as specified.
SOLUTION: A radio portable terminal 1 has a function of making communication and performing other processings alone and also has a function for supporting the user interface by using another computer. Here, this associated computer is a notebook type PC 8 that a user carries, a desktop PC 7, etc. This ratio portable terminal 1 exchanges setting information on various applications with a nearby PC via a local communication network, so as to set and constitute an application running on this device for smooth operation. Consequently, the operability of the radio portable terminal can be compensated.
