PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transmit a large amount of data generated at a burst to a receiver.
SOLUTION: A notification slot is arranged at the head of each frame, and a notification packet is simultaneously transmitted to all terminals by using the notification slots. The notification packet indicates the using situations of the data slots of the frame and the next frame. Then, a data packet is transmitted by using the data slot arranged behind the communication slot. A request is generated in a terminal T1, and a request packet is transmitted to a base station in a next frame F0 whose all data slots are empty. In receiving the request packet, the base station checks the presence or absence of any data packet to be transmitted in a frame F1, and transmits the data packet to the terminal T1. When any collision is generated, the notification packet of the next frame F1 is received from the base station by terminals T2 and Tn, and the two request packets are retransmitted with different intervals.
