To allow processing such as a band-over and the like in the block even in a case where a new call is added.
A terminal A notifies a base station of the number of channels (N) to be used for communication between the terminal A and a terminal B. If there are channels available enough to satisfy the required number of channels (N), the base station returns an identifying number for a group of channels (ID) for identifying in block just the channels of the number required. The terminal A holds the ID received from the base station and originates a call with the ID attached thereto as additional information on a first channel. The base station senses from the ID that the call is a portion of available channel group; manages a unique number of a radio channel connected by the call in correspondence to the ID; calls a terminal B on the first channel; and performs a communication between the terminal A and the terminal B on the first channel. Subsequently, similar procedures are repeated until Nth channel to sequentially connect N numbers of channels for communication.
