Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent communication failures by instructing a correct data transmission rate to a mobile station device after recognizing errors of requests of a data transmission rate from the device at a base station apparatus, when a communication using a shared channel is proceeded. SOLUTION: At a base station apparatus 101, a radio resource controller 212 selects the mobile station device based on request of the data transmission rate received from plural mobile station devices, an individual channel coding part 209 adds destination address information for the selected devices on a transmission data to the selects device, and at an error measuring part 213 of a down link channel, and error rate of the data transmission to the device is acquired according to an error detecting result received from the device, then if the error rate is more than a threshold, a rate change requesting part 214 judges that the request values are in errors, so that a change instruction is proceeded to reduce the values to the device that transmitted the values.
