To attain a communication by arranging a control line between a node and a switching node and allocating a line by using at least the control line.
A network is so constituted that plural nodes 11-1n, 21-2n... n1-nn and switching nodes 101-10m are connected with transmission lines 120, the switching nodes are connected with transmission lines 121. The nodes 11-1n, 21-2n... n1-nn are connected through the switching nodes 101-10m with multiple lines having plural lines. Plural nodes and switching nodes are connected with multiple lines and control lines having at least one line.
