PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a risk that miscommunication occurs when receiving support from an external interpreter in communication support processing by selecting an appropriate interpreter in accordance with the field and the level of expertise pertaining to the communication performed between users who receive the support.SOLUTION: A communication processing device 40 according to the present invention comprises: a determination unit 41 for determining a specification value representing the specific field and the level of expertise concerning communication on the basis of transmitted information when supporting communication using transmitted information generated due to communication; and a notification unit 43 for notifying, when receiving support from an external notification destination concerning communication, a support request to one of notification destinations which are correlated to a specific field in notification destination information 420 in which the address indicating the notification destination and the field and the level of expertise pertaining to communication are correlated, and the levels of expertise of which are higher than or equal to the specification value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
