PURPOSE: To supply service which requires selection and specification without the aid of a worker by selecting and specifying prescribed service by repeating the transmission and reception of messages and binary information.

CONSTITUTION: A guidance generation part 5 generates respective kinds of service messages for selecting and specifying prescribed service, and the service messages are transmitted to a communication line 1 through a transmission equipment 9. A binary information detection part 7 analyzes binary information transmitted from the communication line 1 through a reception equipment 8. A service request decision part 6 gives a prescribed instruction to a service generation part 4 and the guidance generation part 5 based on the analyzed content, and the service generation part 4 generates prescribed service which has been selected and specified. On the other hand, a communication terminal 3 transmits prescribed binary information to the communication line 1 in accordance with the service messages transmitted from the communication line 1. Since prescribed service is selected and specified by repeating the transmission and reception of the messages and binary information, service which requires selection and specification can be supplied without the aid of the worker.
