PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication program, a communication terminal and a communication system, making it possible to give appropriate relief to a sufferer having a communication terminal.SOLUTION: Among a communication terminal 11A and a communication terminal 11B which can radio communicate with each other according to a plurality of communication standards, the communication terminal 11A detects disaster occurrence (S121, S123). The communication terminal 11A, on detecting the disaster occurrence, sets a device name to be set for each of the plurality of communication standards to a telephone number of the communication terminal 11A (S131). After setting a device name for each of the plurality of sets of identification information to the telephone number, the communication terminal 11A connects to the second communication terminal 11B according to the plurality of communication standards (S135). The communication terminal 11A executes radio communication with the communication terminals 11B (S143, S145, S147).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
