Abstract:

To provide a communication quality revision system, a communication quality revision method, and a communication quality revision program capable of providing a high sense of satisfaction to users in comparison with provision of fixed communication quality.

A communication quality revision server 30 for receiving a quality revision request (e.g. a request of improving voice quality) from a mobile phone 10 acquires information of a communication factor used for a present speech and information of a revisable communication factor (another base station or a path or the like) from the present state as to the communication factors (base stations and paths or the like) giving effects on the voice quality from a network 1, and thereafter determines how the communication factors are to be revised to respond to the quality revision request, and transmits a quality revision instruction including base station revision contents and path revision contents or the like to the network 1. The network 1 executes base station revision and path revision or the like according to the revision contents included in the quality revision instruction to revise the voice quality of a speech started between mobile phones 10, 20.
