Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time until a terminal connects a network in a good communication state.SOLUTION: A communication system has a base station, an access point, and a server. The base station is used for connection to a first network. The access point is used for connection to a second network. The server determines a priority of a connection destination, for each of the terminals which can connect to the base station and connect to the access point. The communication system includes acquisition means and notification means. The acquisition means, when receiving a start request of communication through a first network from a target terminal being a terminal positioned in a cell formed by the base station, acquires the priority applied to the target terminal from the server, when the target terminal to the first network is not connected. The notification means notifies the priority applied to the target terminal together with refusal of the connection to the target terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
