To provide a communication system which can ensure the communication quality of the other terminal even if a terminal moves in a state of reserving a resource in a network in which the network resource can be reserved.
The communication system comprises base stations 1 to 3 which repeat terminal 10, 20, 30 and 40, and execute preference control based on priority given to a packet, and supports the reservation of the network resource. Each terminal comprises a packet transmitter 11 which gives priority to a packet and transmits it based on the communication information of the communication management table 13 which records communication information between own terminal and the other terminal, a packet receiver 12, and a link managing part 14 which updates the priority of a packet for which the own terminal is a transmitter out of the communication information of the communication managing table when the link state of the own terminal changes.
