When transmissions from the information terminal collide each other during the communication, the terminal 100 starts re-transmission of memory data, repeats the re-transmission when detecting collision, and requests the device 100 to perform re-transmission if memory-over occurs. Also, when the transmissions from the information terminal collide each other during the communication, the terminal 100 starts re-transmission of the memory data and re-starts a transmission right acquisition timer, and requests an optical wireless distribution device to perform re-transmission when the data reception from this device is completed while the timer has not acquired a transmission right without timing up.
