Abstract:
To provide a communication system with a hierarchical communication structure wherein communication is executed by aggregating bands.
A cognitive gateway 10 allocates communication bands to cognitive base stations 20, 30 according to service quality of a packet received from a core network 200 and a wireless communication state between the cognitive base stations 20, 30 and cognitive terminals 40, 50. Further, the cognitive gateway 10 transmits packets to the cognitive base stations 20, 30, and the cognitive base stations 20, 30 use the allocated communication bands to transmit the packets to the destination cognitive terminals 40, 50.
