Abstract:
To provide a communication system which can distribute emergency information of J-ALERT as character information, and reliably transmit information to even a hearing impaired person and a person resident in a place which voice is difficult to reach.SOLUTION: A communication system comprises a J-ALERT receiver 20 which receives emergency information of J-ALERT, and generates character data on the basis of the emergency information. In an information distribution server 10, a J-ALERT acquisition unit 30 attaches a specific registration number to the character data acquired from the J-ALERT receiver 20 to store the data in a database 130, and outputs the specific registration number. An information distribution unit 40 reads the character data from the database 130 on the basis of the registration number outputted from the J-ALERT acquisition unit 30, and outputs the data as character information for distribution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
