A control part 1 determines the country name where a communication terminal is located from the position of the communication terminal device determined based on the information transferred by radio signal from a GPS satellite by a radio part 4, and stores the country name in a storage area 2b. The control part 1 transmits an e-mail to be transmitted with the country name stored in the storage area 2b to a base station. The control part 1 displays the receipt of the e-mail transmitted from abroad on a display part 6 when the country name attached to the received e-mail is not matched to the country name of the communication terminal device stored in the storage area 2b, and outputs the effect from a voice output part 7 to report it to the user.
