Abstract:

To solve a problem of a communication terminal in that even if a receiver has a power saving structure, in a state in which the receiver always keeps receiving positional information, battery capacity of a communication terminal of a user is consumed heavily and it is difficult in contributing to power saving as a result.

A communication terminal 5 includes: a detection unit 42 for detecting movement of the communication terminal 5; and a receiving unit 41 that shifts to a state in which it is able to receive positional information X distributed from a distribution device 3 if start of the movement of the communication terminal 5 was detected by the detection unit 42. This allows the communication terminal to shift to the state in which it is able to receive the positional information for the first time when the communication terminal 5 moves, and therefore achieves an effect of contributing to power saving of the communication terminal 5.
