Abstract:
To solve a problem of resultant difficulty in contributing to power saving in a user terminal (communication terminal) that has an intensive consumption degree of battery capacity caused by a state where positional information is constantly received, even if a receiver has a power-saving structure.
In a communication terminal 5, a receiving part 41 starts processing of reception of positional information X distributed from a distribution device 3 only when a detection part 42 detects a movement of the communication terminal 5 and the movement of the communication terminal 5 has stopped. Accordingly, an effect of further contributing to power saving (energy conservation) can be achieved through suppressing battery capacity consumption.
