Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal and a communication method capable of exchanging a plurality of kinds of pieces of data.SOLUTION: A communication terminal 1 performing human body communication includes: a sensor information acquisition unit 3 which detects a state of either the own terminal or the periphery of the own terminal, and acquires information indicative of the state, as sensor information; a gesture determination unit 5 which determines a gesture executed by the user of the self-terminal, on the basis of the sensor information which is acquired by sensor information acquisition means; and a data transmission and reception unit 7 which transmits data corresponding to the gesture determined by the gesture determination unit 5, through the human body communication.
